TITAN model doors are built to withstand the daily rigors of the most demanding installations and still perform admirably. These doors, produced from rugged hollow aluminum shapes welded together into frames of exceptional strength and integrity, continue to operate year in and year out under extremely harsh conditions, oblivious to mistreatment and constant performance requirements.

Rails and Stiles:
To be joined by heli-arc welds in unexposed locations. Aluminum alloy 6063-T5. Door thickness 1-3/4. Bottom rail 4-1/2. Meeting rails 3-3/8. Top rail 2-3/4 up to 162 wide, 4-1/2 over 162. End stiles 3-3/8. Center stiles are 3-1/2.
Finish:
Anodized per Aluminum Association specification A-21. Clear anodized, dark bronze and baked-on white-stock colors.
Panels:
.051 Anodized aluminum sheet. Insect screens, grilles, louvers, vents and metal fabric available.
Glass:
1/8 glass set in continuous vinyl channel and held in place with a rigid plastic snap-in bead. 1/4 and 7/16 insulated glass also available. Designer glazing available.
Bottom Weather Seal:
Cold-weather rubber astragal.
Side Weather Seal:
Wood jambs-positive seal aluminum stops. Steel jambs-vinyl perimeter seal.
Track:
Arm-R-Tite galvanized 2 or 3 track as required by door size, vertical track bracket or angle mounted, horizontal track angle mounted.
Hardware:
Stamped 14-gauge galvanized steel.
Rollers:
Heavy-duty full ball bearing with hardened inner race.
Counterbalance:
Torsion springs, cast aluminum drums, aircraft cable.
Locking Device:
Interior slide bolt.
Reinforcing:
Steel U-bar struts on doors over 143 wide.
Wind Load:
All doors constructed to meet or exceed standards established by DASMA (Door & Access Systems Manufacturers Association). Special wind loading available for high-wind applications.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Arm-R-Lite warrants each garage door and component parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery to the original purchaser.
Arm-R-Lite reserves the right to have authorized personnel inspect any part alleged to be defective.
Arm-R-Lites liability hereunder is limited to replacement of any part found to be defective. Labor charges are the
responsibility of the customer.
