16-, 20-, 24– and nominal 24– gauge sold-rolled steel. (Nominal 24 fastest lead times)-in stock.
Insulation:
26– gauge steel, hardboard or poly backer.
Finish:
Two-coat prefinished, baked-on white polyester.
Aluminum Sections:
Construction:
All structural members accurately fitted and securely heli-arc-welded in concealed locations.
Material:
Rails and stiles-aluminum alloy 6063-T5.
Glazing:
1/8”, 1/4” and 7/16” insulated available.
Finish:
All exposed aluminum surfaces to be Arm-R-Lite standard clear anodized, baked-on white enamel. All door hardware to receive a zinc, cadmium-plated, galvanized or other rust-resistant finish.
LIMITED WARRANTY:
Arm-R-Lite warrants each garage door and component parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of delivery to the original purchaser.
Arm-R-Lite reserves the right to have authorized personnel inspect any part alleged to be defective.
Arm-R-Lite’s liability hereunder is limited to replacement of any part found to be defective. Labor charges are the
responsibility of the customer.
